Trinette Huber
Former Manager at Sinclair Oil Corp.My name is Mikael, and I love taking a piece of work, straightening it out, beautifying it, and leaving it better than when I found it.
I’m an avid writer, editor, and proofreader–though I must say I have a particular love and skill for taking a piece of writing and making it truly sing. Some accuse me of alchemy since everything I touch can’t help but turn to gold.
The Intuitive Editor was born when I realized my joy and passion in helping others polish their stories surpassed all the other ways I could potentially serve people.
If I didn’t have to stop to rest my eyes from time to time, I would edit all day every day! The second something hits my desk, my fingers itch to open it to start working my magic on it to polish it up.
I absolutely love taking a piece of content, honing in on the message, stripping away the unnecessary, and correcting any unsightly spelling, grammar, or punctuation errors… All while maintaining your true voice and ensuring the message shines through without discrediting distractions or errors.
Many of my previous colleagues and employers can attest to just that. A few keep me on speed dial for when they need that final proofread since they know I deliver impeccable editorial feedback time and time again. They keep me on standby for their projects that need editing. I’m honored to be their go-to proofing person. Maintaining ongoing relationships with my clients is my favorite!
The clarifying process of editing and proofreading is my absolute favorite way to help people—especially authors, creatives, spiritual entrepreneurs/business owners, or other heart-centered content creators. If you have a sense that there’s more to life than what can only be physically seen, you’re my kind of person.
Combined with my uncanny intuitive abilities as a psychic and medium, I feel straight into the heart of your work to see how it truly wants to show up in the world. Then I can translate those energetic feelings into edits and suggestions to clarify and strengthen your message or story.
Consider me a book shaman since I can work with the seen and unseen between your words. Or even a story alchemist, spinning your stories into gold through the refining process of editing.
I’d be tickled to work with you on your book, content, or other messaging to make sure it’s crystal clear and free from errors, reflective of your voice, and shining how it’s meant to—to more powerfully connect with those who need your unique gifts and messages.

Mikael has a sharp editorial eye, a big heart, and a great sense of humor. I trust her so much that I gave her my own book for copyediting. She did a fantastic job catching inconsistencies and grammar errors while making me laugh and feel safe.
